Prioritize Security, CP Gyogon Grymah Advises Private Business Owners and Hoteliers in Cross River State


The Cross River State Commissioner for Police, CP Gyogon Grymah has advised private business owners and hoteliers in Cross River State to prioritize security within their establishment by collaborating with the Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) in their localities. 

Grymah made this known in a press release signed by the Police Public Relation Officer of the Cross River State Police Command, SP Irene Ugbo.

The Commissioner emphasized the importance of proactive security measures, including the installation of surveillance systems, adherence to safety protocols, adequate profiling of employees/guest(s), prompt reporting of suspicious persons or activities to the authorities, proper documentation of valid identification card(s), driver’s license, National identification number etc of lodgers.

COLLABRATION WITH PRIVATE BUSINESS OPERATORS AND HOTELIERS FOR ENHANCED SECURITY:

The Commissioner of Police, Cross River State Command, CP G. A. Grimah, PSC, FCAI, has emphasized the importance of security consciousness among private business operators and hoteliers in the state. The CP urged private business operators and hoteliers to prioritize security within their establishments. By working together with the Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) in their localities or domain, while ensuring the safety and security of our communities. 

The Commissioner stressed the need for proactive security measures, including the installation of surveillance systems, adherence to safety protocols, adequate profiling of employees/guest(s), prompt reporting of suspicious persons or activities to the authorities, proper documentation of valid identification card(s), driver’s license, National identification number etc of lodgers. 

The Cross River State Police Command reassured the public of its commitment to providing adequate security across the state and solicited the cooperation of all stakeholders in achieving this goal.

Finally, the CP urged the aforementioned persons, or group of persons, or associations to remain resolute, vigilant and be conversant with their surroundings.
