The new paramount ruler of Ogoja, His Royal Majesty Ntoi George Nsor Ibembem has been presented with the staff of office at the Council of Chieftaincy Affairs, governor office Calabar. Presenting the staff of office, the Deputy Governor Professor Ivara Esu charged the paramount ruler of Ogoja to strive and promote peace in his environs through fair representation of all communities.
The paramount ruler of Calabar Municipality and the Ndidem of the Qua’s His Royal Majesty Ndidem Patrick Eno Oqua the fifth commended Governor Ben Ayade for accepting the choice of the people of Ogoja, hence the coronation.
Responding, the newly coronated paramount ruler of Ogoja His Royal Majesty Ntul George Nsor Ibembem thanked all those that contributed to the success of his coronation and promised to maintain peace in the cause of his leadership and bring in radical improvement.
The family and well-wishers of the paramount ruler were not left out in this coronation.
