by 32 Reps members dump APC for PDP
32 Federal House of Representatives members elected under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have dumped the party for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
This is following the defection of 15 APC senators to the PDP.
In the defection letter read by the Speaker of the House, Yakubu Dogara, the lawmakers cited factionalisation and division in the party as their reason for leaving.
Four other lawmakers also defected to the Action Democratic Party (ADP), bringing the total number of defection to 36.
