Some workers of Lee Engineering Company at Assa community in the Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State, have been attacked by unidentified gunmen and at least four persons have lost their lives.

It was gathered that the incident occurred on Monday morning when workers in the area were ambushed by gunmen. 

Reports reveal that the workers were brutally attacked inside a vehicle while going to their company in Assa community.

Details of the story are still sketchy as the state’s Police Public Relations Officer, Micheal Abattam, did not pick calls made to his telephone.
