This he made known through his tweeter handle @MBuhari.
Furthermore, President Buhari mentioned that his sympathy and solidarity are with the British leader as he battles COVID19 personally, and with the British people as their country battles the devastating effects of the pandemic.
President Buhari prays that Prime Minister Johnson will soon be well enough to resume his great leadership of his country at this most trying time in global history.
Some Nigerians responding to the Tweet by the President Muhammadu Buhari have stated that the President’s action is called Afghanistanism – when you abandoned your people in lockdown without palliatives, and you’re sympathetic to what’s happening in another land.
Some comments went thus “A government that couldn’t finish distributing 7.5M voters card in years have just shared N52B to 2.5M Nigerians in less than 72hours. Haven’t visited any isolation center to encourage the people, but fast to send message to far UK. Thought Charity begins at home?
On the other hand, other loyalist have supported the action of President Buhari, stating that he is a true leader and has showed it by sympathazing with UK.
