by Governor Bassey Otu has named eight individuals to form the State Independent Electoral Commission (CROSIEC).
According to a press release by his Chief Press Secretary, Gill Nsa, on August 15, 2024, Mr. Ekong Edet Bocco will serve as Chairman.
The other members include Mrs. Rose Banku Atep, Mr. Adoga Joseph Ipuole, Eutendala Eno, Barrister Daniel Edet, Dr. Eyo Otu Eyo, and Jerry Adie Akabisong. Dr. Lawrence Edu, Esq. will be the Secretary.
The appointments are pending approval from the State House of Assembly.
